Portable RV dump tanks are not satisfactory for cleaning out the black holding tank. I require for the cleanliness of our next customer that the black tank be flushed with a hose connected to the RVs "black tank flush" nozzle and thoroughly cleaned.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with David’s 36’ camper. The four slide outs gave us lots of room and the kids liked the separate bunk bed room in the rear. David keeps many essentials stocked included linen and blankets for all of the beds. Everything worked great. The delivery+setup and pickup+teardown was hassle free. This was the best camper we had rented.
This was our family’s first camping experience and everything went so smoothly, from our first communication until check out. The RV was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks again, David! It was a pleasure to work with you.
