RV was infested with bugs. Extremely disappointing rental. This was a family trip that we had planned months in advance for our children. They were so excited and this turned into an awful experience. Darlene was very helpful and professional prior to the rental and we had them deliver the RV to our camping spot. Unfortuantely, when we arrived we began seeing bugs immediately.
We have expressed how sorry we are that ladybugs/stinkbugs were so heavy during your time scheduled in the Tennessee Valley . This is a natural accordance that happens yearly and we have no control over it . Mother Nature and the Great Outdoors - we are at its mercy when camping .
