Great experience all around, I would rent again if the need arose.
We rented from Nicholas for our Yellowstone vacation, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The process of renting the RV was straightforward and hassle-free. Nicholas provided clear instructions, and always ready to answer our questions and provide assistance.
The RV itself was in immaculate condition.
Great communication. Nicholas delivered and picked up, making sure our trip was excellent. We really appreciate his accommodating us for our trip to Idaho!
Nick had good communication with and work with us on the pick up time. RV pulled really good, even though it is heavy loaded, (he said 10k lbs.) and has lots of room in side. Mattress was comfortable and had a good night sleep. He had every think ready for pick up. One blind was not working, but didn't effect us. Loved the electric awning.
Nicholas was easy to work with and the trailer was excellent. He had it cleaned and ready to roll when I got there. Very positive experience!
