- MUST HAVE 50 amp POWER SUPPLY NO CLEANING FEE. We expect you to treat this like your home. If camper is returned in excessively dirty condition, a deduction from security deposit will be taken.
- Must use camper toilet paper supplied by us, if you run out for some reason, Walmart and many other stores usually carry RV TP.
- Tanks must be emptied upon return. A $150.00 fee for full tanks will be assessed if returned full. Note, this camper has two black tanks and one grey tank.
- Linens will be washed by us after return and should all be left on king bed upon return of rental. Towels, washcloths, dish cloths used should all be left in laundry hamper in master closet.
- Must empty all trash cans prior to return of rental.
