Ron did a great job of explaining the workings of all parts of the RV and how to use them properly. This was appreciated very much as this was my first time to rent an RV. The RV was clean and everything in good working order. Ron was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable using his RV, from our initial contact to the return of the RV.
