Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- If the unit is returned in a condition that requires extensive cleaning from dirt, mud, dirty dishes, stains, etc..., an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added to total cost.
- Talladega Race Week has a 4 night minimum. Delivery Fee to Talladega is $450.00. We only allow rentals in Talladega Area Campgrounds with hookups. No Generator Only Campgrounds/Camping Areas.
- We do not allow rentals at ATV Parks or Dirt Bike Races. We do not allow the unit to be powered by generator due to power surges. Exceptions for commercial generators at large events.
- Absolutely no pets, smoking or illegal drug use of any kind in the rental. Should there be indications that this rule has been broken, you will forfeit at minimum $500.00 of your security deposit.
- Rock The South has a 4 night minimum. Delivery Fee to Rock the South is $325.00. We only allow rentals in camping sections with power provided. No Generator Only Camping Areas.

This experience was a first for us in renting a travel trailer. I have rented several VRBO and Airbnb homes and my experience for this vacation rental exceeded ALL previous rentals. Jacob was very professional in all our dealings. Also Jacob went above and beyond in his communications with us to ensure we had the best experience possible. The camper met all our needs.

Jacob was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very informative when setting up with tips to make our stay more enjoyable. Spacious, comfortable, well-stocked camper. Very attentive owner; checked on us to confirm all was going well. If camper is needed again, I would definitely check to see if his rental is available.
