Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If the unit is returned in a condition that requires extensive cleaning from dirt, mud, dirty dishes, stains, etc..., an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added to total cost.
- Talladega Race Week has a 4 night minimum. Delivery Fee to Talladega is $450.00. We only allow rentals in Talladega Area Campgrounds with hookups. No Generator Only Campgrounds/Camping Areas.
- We do not allow rentals at ATV Parks or Motorcross Tracks
- Absolutely no pets, smoking or illegal drug use of any kind in the rental. Should there be indications that this rule has been broken, you will forfeit at minimum $500.00 of your security deposit.
- Rock The South has a 4 night minimum. Delivery Fee to Rock the South is $300.00. We only allow rentals in camping sections with power provided. No Generator Only Camping Areas.
