First time renting an RV. Clem was very prompt on communication and informative. The RV was clean, it had several amenities and was spacious. Clem also went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. The delivery was very smooth and on time. I would recommend this RV anytime.
First time renting. We were under pressure as our motorhome broke down right before a planned trip. Couldn’t get it back in time. Contacted Clem and he responded immediately. He was friendly and helpful. Very responsive to our issues and concerns. He and his wife delivered the unit to our site made everything easy. Unit was lovely. Well maintained and clean. Perfect for my family.
