Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Must be cleaned prior to drop off. $150 cleaning fee charged if not. Trash removed, camper to be in same condition at drop off as pick up. Any damages will be charged to renter.
- Pets allowed if agreed with me (owner) $75 cleaning fee added at pick up.
- No smoking inside or within 15ft of camper, evidence of smoking results in capture of security deposit.
- Awning must be put in every night and in winds excessive of 15 mph.
- Grey and black tank must be emptied at the end of each trip. A dumping fee will be charged if returned and tanks are not emptied.
