Keith was great to work with and answered all our questions. He had the RV setup and AC on when we got there. Everything was exactly as stated and displayed in the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. He picked up the RV on time, and the entire process was seamless!! Looking forward to our stay in the Serene Retreat again later this summer😊
