Mike was very courteous and communicative at every step, quickly responding to questions and concerns. Unfortunately, I had numerous issues with the trailer. Multiple appliance issues developed after the first night (propane furnace would not stay on, despite other propane appliances working w/o issue, overhead AC/heat pump made loud grinding noise, fresh water tank level sensor inaccurate).
