Mike is an excellent communicator. The trailer was exactly as described and very clean and well maintained. He took about an hour to show us around the trailer when we picked it up to familiarize us with the features.
We rent an RV every year for 6 years and this was by far the best experience with anyone. This was our first time renting from Mike, and our first time in an airstream. Getting it to ans from the campsite was really manageable and the size was perfect for towing behind our atlas vw. The RV is roomy for three, the bed was super comfortable, and nice quiet, dark sleep space.
The Airstream was absolutely perfect - exactly as described and impeccably clean. Mike was great! He didn't rush the handoff and spent the time walking us through how everything worked. We adored the camper so much, we hope to rent from them again someday!
