Rental Rules
  • Minimum renter age of 25
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • No more than 4 adult and 3 children, Or 2 adults and 4 children, The bunks are NOT for adults, unless small adult.
  • No open flames of any kind allowed. IE: no candles or Sterno cans, etc. No propane is hooked up in the camper. Everything is electric.
  • Absolutely do not put any paper products (toilet tissue, wipes, diapers, hygiene products, etc into toilet. Use provided trash can. ANY paper products found in septic system will forfeit your deposit.
  • If you lose the key or lock yourself out, it will be a $250 for replacement key and $150 for lock out.
  • NO PETS OF ANY KIND. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. either will forfeit your deposit.
