Big enough for the family. Clean 44' Toy Hauler, sleeps at least 6-8. Three slide outs, 2 toilets, 1 TV in every room even outside. Very roomy and has 3 AC units to keep you cool. Queen bed in the master bed room. Queen size bunk beds in the hauler area can be configured. And a kid sized loft over the Garage / Kitchen door. Full size refrigerator and all kitchen appliances (except dishwasher).
