- No toilet paper, sanitary napkins or flushable wipes in the toilet. Trash cans are provided instead. Add'l cleaning fee will apply if black tank needs flushing.
- No boon-docking (RV must have water/50amp electrical plug)
- Minimum towing vehicle must be 3/4 ton. Examples; GM/Chevy 2500, F-250, or Ram 2500 or larger. We cannot provide accommodations for lifted towing vehicles. Delivery is recommended for lifted vehicles.
- Anti-sway hitch provided and required for towing. Another hitch cannot be used.

The camper fit our family needs for a great spring break vacation. Camper has all of the essential equipment and then some! Great experience
Mr Gary was very easy to communicate with for pickup and drop off details. The camper was exactly like advertised very clean and well kept. We used it for 3 nights with 0 issues. We will definitely be renting from him again!
Gary was amazing to work with, made sure we were hooked up right before we left with the trailer. The trailer was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for the trip. Had to take food, clothes, towel and linens, toilet paper and paper towels (all normal things for a trip). The trailer was a great set up for about 7 people with the table making a bed and the bunks in the back.
This RV was beautiful inside and sparkling clean! The kids loved the hidden pantry behind the TV and we loved that it was stocked with just about everything you need, except for a coffee maker! :) Knives were great quality, and plenty of sizes! Nice to have an abundance of games and kids books that our children enjoyed as well as the outdoor bingo.
