Clean, easy to tow, and an all around great experience!
First and last time I will rent an rv. 1300 miles into trip to Glacier Nat'l Park, Montana, tire literally blew apart and bent rim in a pretty remote area with spotty cell service. Put the spare on, discovered it had a bulge, so drove back 20 miles to nearest town. Had no choice but to replace two tires and rim.
Responded very quickly, but camper smelled like a porter potty so had to sleep in a tent the first night to air it out. Fridge was unusable due to being dirty. Hot water did not work for me. This camper needs some TLC
For a 15 day trip, the camper was perfect size for my family of 5. The pickup time was very accommodating, essentially anytime during the day. However when I picked up the was no hitch or anti sway bar was available. I had to wait 45min for Andrei to arrive with a hitch. When asked about the anti sway hitch he said I could follow him home to get it, another 45min.
The experience was ok, the RV was fine. There were definitely some communication issues and what we felt was unprofessional ways of dealing with what should have been minor issues with the RV. Would not choose to rent again even though the pick up experience was fine.
