Responded very quickly, but camper smelled like a porter potty so had to sleep in a tent the first night to air it out. Fridge was unusable due to being dirty. Hot water did not work for me. This camper needs some TLC

The experience was ok, the RV was fine. There were definitely some communication issues and what we felt was unprofessional ways of dealing with what should have been minor issues with the RV. Would not choose to rent again even though the pick up experience was fine.

Great trailer easy pulling with a ford explorer. Everything worked well hot water was plentiful for showers. Overall a great trip.
