From the beginning, Jennifer was responding to my inquiries very swiftly. I noticed a review where someone was asking about what amenities weren't included- you do have to bring your own bedding, pillows, towels, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, and baking sheets.
Jennifer was quick to answer all my questions.
Our overall experience with renting this camper was top-notch. From the moment we made the reservation to the time it was picked up at the end of our stay was a smooth process. Communication was excellent. The camper was very clean, has plenty of space, was quiet, and warm (during a week of cooler and rainy weather.
The RV was in great condition, updated, and very clean. All required hookups needed and not needed were included, they even provided the outdoor rug! A very nice touch for camping newbies! On our next trip to Wisconsin there is no one else we rather rent from! We appreciate the great customer service and friendliness you provided to us out of towners.

The camper and entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was like brand new and HUGE! We loved having all the room and beds for our family of 6. Tons of storage and the TV was a bonus. The delivery and set up was perfect, and I really appreciated their flexibility on a couple details. Jennifer was extremely responsive and provided me all the information I needed.
