- All Items are accounted for, inspected and inventoried between each rental. This is due to insurance requirements and procedures of RV Share. Any questions please inquire.
- Absolutely No cleaning of fish in the RV or in outside kitchen. Please use fish cleaning stations throughout campgrounds and or OBX.
- Any EXTRA cleaning then normal will be charged accordingly. No exceptions. No pets on furniture without properly and completely covering and cleaning upon departure.
- Failure to report Pets and or Extra Guests will incur extra fees. We love our family and fur babies but No Exceptions.
- You will be charged fairly and accordingly for all lost, damaged and missing items. Use responsibly as if it was your own. Please rinse and dry all items of sand and salt water before putting away. TY

If I could give this higher than a 5 star rating, I would! The camper was very nice and was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. Including things I didn’t expect them to have. Communication was outstanding. Would absolutely rent from them again, and have recommended them to other friends who camp in OBX. Thank you again!

The owners were great and the RV was exactly as listed. We are accustomed to having everything we need with us in our own RV, so we we were concerned we might not have all the necessities. It was better prepared than our own RV! Great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend.
Awesome hosts will definitely rent from them again. Coffe bar and all the necessities were right at our finger tips loved our stay in the OBX bender!
Everything you need is in the camper except linens. The sun shade and chairs helped tremendously make our beach days more enjoyable and the kids enjoyed coloring inside during down time. There was a whole rack of things we didn’t even open because there was so much in terms of accessories and amenities. The kitchen, You could cook anything - everything you could imagine!
RV perfect for OBX fun in the sun!
We stayed in the OBX Bender as a family of 5 plus a pup. The RV was immaculate, comfortable, pet and kid friendly. Deanna was most gracious and accommodating during our booking process. When we arrived, the camper was all set up and very welcoming- with little decorative touches as well as pet bowls and a doggie blanket.
