We had the camper delivered to the campground in Gilbert, MN. James had everything set up at the site, hooked to sewer and water, AC on and ready. Camper was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable weekend. Process was easy, great communication and we would certainly rent from him again!
James and his son, were excellent RV owners to deal with. They were very nice, friendly, and communication with them was easy. They delivered the camper trailer to my location when they said they would, and pickup was also on time. As for the trailer, it was in great shape, clean, and everything inside, including the beds, was ready to go.
We had this unit delivered and the experience was amazing. They were so helpful when setting up the trailer and explaining exactly how to use everything. They accommodated an early drop off which fit our schedule better. They answered our phone calls or returned messages promptly. I would definitely rent again from them.
This was an awesome experience. It helped make our trip very seamless. We were camping nearby where the camper was located and they dropped off the camper and had it all setup for us upon arrival. When we left on Sunday they messaged us about when to come and get the camper. Other than cleaning up and leaving it the way it was delivered, the owner took care of everything else.
James and his son were a pleasure to deal with, and communication was top notch!! We had some unforeseen circumstances come up regarding our vacation and rental and they were more than gracious to work with us. Camper was exactly as described and we had a wonderful experience. We will gladly book with them again in the future!!
