From top to bottom, our RV experience was great!
This RV was perfect for what we needed (extra space for a family reunion). Trevor was great with communication and so helpful for all of our needs. He dropped off the RV and picked it up so we did not tow it ourselves. Trevor did an incredible job getting the RV into a tight spot, leveled it, hooked it up and explained everything.
We’ve rented dozens of AirBnB’s and RV’s, most of which have been positive experiences with very good hosts; however, none can compare to Trevor who was easily the most responsive and accommodating of all. His service level was unbelievably great throughout our interactions, which included two last minute reschedules.
This was my first time using this service. I was staying at the beach with some friends in a crowded house. I chose to rent this camper rather than cramming into the house. This was a great decision. This camper was immaculate, it was very clean, linens were provided, they delivered and hooked up everything in a timely manner. The inside felt much larger than it was. The AC worked extremely well.
Trevor was a great person to rent from, especially for us first timers! He and his wife Jenna took all the time we needed to pick up the unit and to explain to us how it worked. He had an awesome hitch/sway bar set up that made it easy to tow with my F-150.
Trevor was easy to work with and I had a great time renting this RV for the weekend
