Mike wasn't great on explaining everything i needed to operate rv. Camper is loaded. Very comfortable, clean,etc. Heat was key. Very light. Easy to pull and looks kool.Me and my son had a great time in vermont. Will certainly rent again. Stress free pick up and drop off. Definitely made camping easy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
