Great communication. Danielle was understanding when we changed campsite location at the last minute. Camper was delivered and set up as promised. It was clean and comfy. Danielle even got in touch with the owner of our campsite to see if he could help me figure out hot water issue. It was my user error but was fixed immediately. We brought extra towels and sheets but no need for us to haul them.
Danielle was wonderful and quick to respond to all questions. We had the trailer delivered to our son's home so our whole family could all stay together in one location and not have hotel rooms for Thanksgiving. Every night the kids all had movie night together in the trailer they had a blast. The master bed could use a thicker mattress pad, but other then that ALL was perfect.
