Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Minimum renter age of 25. Must provide ID.
- NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. If this rule is broken we will charge an additional $300 upon return. We advertise as a non-smoking RIG. Smoking inside can pose as a health risk for future guest.
- Pick up and drop off time are between 9am - 3pm. If the RV is returned after 3pm there will be a $50 charge per hour thereafter.
- WASTE TANK must be fully emptied. If the tank is not fully emptied upon return a $250 fee will be applied upon check-out. This will cover labor and costs.
- PROPANE TANK : Must be return at the same level it was taken or a $250 fee will be applied upon return.

As an older RV, it's a bit noisy and bouncy on the road, but it seems well maintained, and I never felt like there was any worry that it wouldn't get us where we needed to go.
Similarly, it could use some reapolsetry and cosmetic touch ups, but everything was still pretty functional.
We had the absolute best time on our trip! Stephanie and Carlos were extremely friendly and communicative! The RV itself was perfect for our group of 7, we didn’t even end up using all the beds so probably could have fit at least 2 more people if needed! Would absolutely rent this RV from them again! Thank you so much Stephanie and Carlos!

We just concluded an incredible 9-day adventure on the Toby Traveler! Stephanie and Carlos were fantastic hosts, providing relevant upfront information and remaining available throughout our trip. The rig itself is impressive; and we covered almost 2,000 miles across mountains and beaches without encountering any issues.

This rv has many issues, the owner wants to charge you for preexisting damage.
The awning was installed wrong and also just in general malfuctioned. It collapsed during my rental period. The owner now wants to charge me a $1500 ins. deductable for the broken awning.
Joshua, I am sorry to hear you felt we were dishonest. We value our renters and take pride in being transparent, we notified you about the generator immediately - enough time to cancel and receive a full refund.
The awning was left open during a rainy night causing the legs to break. This was not diagnosed by us but instead by a roadside assistance professional.
