This rv has many issues, the owner wants to charge you for preexisting damage.
The awning was installed wrong and also just in general malfuctioned. It collapsed during my rental period. The owner now wants to charge me a $1500 ins. deductable for the broken awning.

The RV was quite nice for our needs. It was easy to drive And there was plenty of room for 7 people. We were lucky to find a Good RV And the owners were extremely helpfull in all situations which came by!
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Minimum renter age of 25. Must provide ID.
- NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. If this rule is broken we will charge an additional $300 upon return. We advertise as a non-smoking RIG. Smoking inside can pose as a health risk for future guest.
- Pick up and drop off time are between 9am - 3pm. If the RV is returned after 3pm there will be a $50 charge per hour thereafter.
- WASTE TANK must be fully emptied. If the tank is not fully emptied upon return a $250 fee will be applied upon check-out. This will cover labor and costs.
- PROPANE TANK : Must be return at the same level it was taken or a $250 fee will be applied upon return.
6 HOURS per night generator usage included with the rental for free.
Excess Generator Usange: $4.00/hour
Rates & Availability
Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
