- Awnings: Please be mindful when using the Awning. Do not use it during windy days. During a heavy rainstorm please angle awing by pulling down on one side.
- Cleaning: Please clean all used kitchenware and empty all trash cans. You do not need to sweep/mop, however, it cannot be “trashed” or so dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation.
- Propane: The RV is equipped with (2) 30Lb propane tanks. You will be supplied with 1 full tank. You will be responsible for usage exceeding 1 tank.
- Repairs: Please do not attempt to make any repairs or modifications on your own
- Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo.

Great RV - clean, equipped well and very comfortable. Will certainly rent again and have referred friends.
The camper is a comfortable and spacious 5th wheel. It has a nice sitting area where you can comfortably watch tv and relax. Gabriel was very easy to deal with. He delivered the RV which was very clean and ready for us to use. The RV has lots of amenities such as bedding for all the beds, towels and kitchen essentials which made it less for us to pack.
This was my first time renting an RV and everything exceeded my expectations! My mom and I stayed here for a national dog agility trial and it was perfect. We weren’t sure if the bunks would be big enough to comfortably sleep an adult but there was enough room and with the mattress topper she brought it was very comfortable. The main bed was very comfortable as well.
The BEST experience! The camper easily fit our whole family. The kids loved the games. Gabriel was DREAM to work with. Highly reccomend!
The RV was grand and very spacious living area. A pleasure working with Gabriel and would request this RV all over again!

Never cooked inside of rv so couldn't be propane charge.

We charged a $40 Pet cleaning fee after pickup. This fee is noted on our listing. We literally had to move sofas, wipe down the walls, and vacuum inside the cabnets. We emptied our vacuum twice because of the amount of dog hair found. We had enough dog hair to make a sweater...
