2023 Keystone RV - Springdale 282BH
This travel trailer is a brand new, a 2023 Keystone Springdale with one slide out providing a spacious living/relaxing area. Private master bedroom has a door for privacy, its own separate AC unit and the queen bed has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress. Double over double bed bunks for the kids with USB charging port and a window in each. The couch and dinette both open up for extra beds.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Black/Grey tanks should be empty upon pick-up. Renter shall utilize the "flush out-orange" hose upon completion of trip after draining black/grey tanks to clean the system. $100 dump fee if not empty.
- Awning must be secured in the event of inclement weather (high winds).
- Full campground hookups, including sewer, required. No Boondocking!
- No smoking or cleaning fish inside the camper.
- No more than 250lbs on bunk beds.
Rates & Availability
Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
