Elizabeth was great to rent from- Very friendly and helpful, on-time delivery and a quick set up. Her husband even helped us with our second RV at the camp site.

- **Delivery Only** We do not allow towing by others. Please see delivery/setup charges.** Extra $40.00 non-refundable dumping fee if not at a full hookup campsite
- Pets allowed with Non-refundable Pet Deposit $40 each no more than two dogs allowed.
- No smoking allowed-$400 smoke removal fee
- Awning must be retracted during windy weather and at night or when leaving campsite- $300.00+ fee will be charged if damaged during rental.

Stationary Rental
Parked on gated property with palm trees and fishing pond. Enjoy staying in a country setting but within 30-45 minutes from area beaches. We also will deliver to area campgrounds within 25 miles (Set-up and delivery/pickup included). Contact us with any questions.
**We do not allow others to tow our camper. It is stationary or we will DELIVER within 25 miles.* Extra $ for up to 50 miles.
