RV Share was complicit in allowing this rv to be rented out in terrible condition. There was a propane leak that could have killed my entire family. Flat tires, dead battery, missing , broken blinds, dirty refrigerator and freezer that smelled too bad to use. RV Share still has refused to refund the charges in full as requested by the owner as well as the renter.
We do appreciate Ron's feedback and would like to assure you all issues have been fixed. We were unaware of the propane leak as we had a quick turn around this summer brought us. We have a new policy for inspection before leaving our storage facility to ensure the best experience for our renters.
Overall it was a good experience. Refrigerator had to be cleaned before we could use it. Not much privacy due to sleeping areas not having doors on them.
Everything was great and exactly how they described. Ryan’s communication was quick and delivered what he said!
