My first and last time ever renting a camper from anyone. Kathy is a nice person, and her camper is nice so I hope for the future renters they will have a better experience than use. At 8:30 pm the night before my rental was to start I had been trying to reach someone earlier and finally at 8:30 pm I got ahold of someone to confirm I actually have a rental coming.
We had a great rental experience. The delivery and setup was quick and on time. The owner responded to all texts and calls. Highly recommend.
Kathy was very nice and did communicate with us well. Unfortunately the RV did not come to us as was described. There was no awning and it showed one in the picture. Because we thought there was an awning we did not bring a tent and sat out in the hot sun because of it.
Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to offer a great experience and were disappointed by this review, which we feel is partly inaccurate. The RV was leveled upon setup, which typically takes about 1 hour- this delayed only because the location didn’t allow earlier access and had us wait to enter.

I rented this Rv for a week and up to and through my rental Kathy communicated with me great except for the fact this Rv has a lot of damage. I meet Kathy in person when she came to the site the next day to drop off a couple things and she and her family seems to be very nice people but thi is business now.
Theresa and I practically became friends, she messaged me regularly the last five months since she reserved. She asked me about every detail, she even wanted me to buy golf cart so that she could use it. She messaged me several times asking if I had got the golf cart. I knew she was very detailed, so I ordered additional rugs, coffee maker, linens, just for her trip, at no additional cost to her.
