The trailer got the job done. Some typical issues with a low battery which I should have charged prior to departing. We've rented many trailers and this is a common issue. Dawn was really good at communicating with regards to some of the troubleshooting we did and, in the end, it got the job done.
I purchased the battery new in May of this year. It was sparking when I checked it upon return my understanding was a generator was going to be used for a weeklong dry camping. I accommodated a full day late return without charge. I also accommodated them taking a look at the camper prior to renting it and there were no comments about it not being clean.
