Overall, very pleasant experience, some small glitches but nothing that could not be fixed and communication with Danny was easy and responses were fast. This was our first time to rent an RV and nothing that occurred would deter us from doing this again. Really enjoyed ourselves.
The owner did not disclose that the awning got damaged by the previous renter. We found out once we reached the camp ground. Only then did the owner acknowledge the damage. Also, the interior of the RV was not clean. Never the less, we made the best out of the situation.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Danny and the rental of his RV. His vehicle was winterized and our need didn’t require it to be de-winterized, as we just needed a comfy vehicle to move my parents across Montana to a nursing home (it was a last-minute need).
Danny quickly communicate with me, was understanding and flexible. Would go back for future rental needs!
