Justin's 2020 Heartland Sundance Ultra Lite 278 is a gorgeous trailer with lots of features, well-maintained and delivered very clean. Justin answered all our questions in advance. The trailer was delivered to our site and set-up before we arrived and was ready for move-in. Pick-up was just as easy. The trailer is well stocked. You have to bring your own linens but pillows are there.
The camper was everything we asked for. Very nice camper. Justin came and dropped off the camper at the campsite. I had it delivered. He did a great job by setting everything up. Including exterior chairs and mats. Had AC running. Water connected. And everything ready to go. Any issues or concerns were resolved. He was easily accessible via text. Everything went well.
Even prior to locking in a date for our trip, the communication with Justin was great! He responded quickly to all our questions and made the booking progress very easy. He delivered and picked up the camper, which was fantastic! The camper was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything needed, from linens to cookware!!!
