This was my first RV experience and it was exceptional! At pick up Lisa was patient and happy to explain everything to make sure I was comfortable and ready to hit the road. She even provided paper checklists so I could easily check to see what was available. The RV was well stocked and beautifully decorated with unique personal touches. It was like camping in luxury!
