- Minimum renter age of 25
- The Fridge/Freezer must be completely emptied when your trip ends. This includes ice. It is a $200 fine if not emptied.
- If there is fecal matter or pee sitting in the toilet at drop off there will be a $200 fine.
- Any adult items left will be fined at least $250. We do not tolerate any of those items being left in the rv. This includes underwear, toys, protection, any type of clothing, and or rags/napkins.
- All bedding (including pillows) must be stripped and left by the front door.
- Dry Camping-Turn off the water pump, water heater, and generators before you leave.

We had a miserable experience with this camper we booked it because it had a dry camping package which was a lie. The generator turned off every 2 hours no matter what we did. The tech we called (who never actually came to see what was wrong) told my husband to jump the generator with our car battery and to not use any lights or other electricity if we were going to run the a/c.
