- Septic & Smoking NO smoking/vaping. Use ONLY provided RV-safe TP. No wipes or feminine products in septic. $500 plumbing fee for clogs. Pets pre-approved & crated if alone.
- Returns & AC Tanks must be returned empty. A $200 penalty applies for any tanks returned with waste. Fuel must be at pickup level or a $50 fee + fuel cost applies. Set AC at 70°F+ and keep doors shut.
