Ryan was very nice, and the trailer generally looked as-advertised when it was delivered. It was dropped off without a power cord, so we didn’t have power (or a/c in late July) for 4-5 hours. We also weren’t given keys to the trailer until prompted, and then it took a day and a half.
Ryan was an excellent communicator, and was helpful with delivery and pick-up. This camper is in excellent, like-new condition, and provided ample accommodation for our family event. We parked it on our front lawn for extra sleeping options during our reunion weekend. Cheaper and much more convenient than hotels or an Airbnb.
All went well. Very clean unit. I would us them again.
Excellent communication. Set up a screen house for us and reviewed everything thoroughly before leaving. AC worked great, didn’t need the sound machine at night since AC was loud and ran all night. Hand soap, hand sanitizer, bug spray. Cleaning products, tissues, towels were in trailer. Outside sink, refrigerator and stove came in handy. In good condition.
We had a great experience with Ryan when we rented his trailer. Our rental was a little unusual as we needed a place to stay when we visited our daughter in Maine, and the trailer was parked in her driveway. The experience went so well; we will definitely do it again when we visit in the fall.
Ryan was excellent to work with and we've already recommended him to a friend for next year.
