Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please confirm there will be no smoking, a $1,500 fumigation fee will be assessed if we believe necessary.
- Delivery: delivery only includes the time to deliver to your available spot. If we have to wait to check in an additional flat fee of $150 will apply for the first hour. $150 per hour after that.
- If attending a festival or rally I agree that I have disclosed this information and have approval.
- I agree that I will not be towing anything with this RV.
- I agree that I will not be attending Burning Man or be within 250 miles of Burning Man with this RV.
Our Motorhome is available for stationary rental in our driveway in our backyard. There is a playground within walking distance. We also have a small trailer for children to stay in. We prefer only 2 adults in the Class A and up to 4 children in the trailer. I also have a car set up for a rental if you need it. We have a strict quiet time as to not disturb our neighbors. This is not a spot to come party late night. Message me for details! Located in Hendersonville, TN.
