Enjoy our comfortable family RV that has all the luxuries of home. The soft queen bed will provide a good nights sleep, while the kids enjoy their own headphones and individual DVD player in the bunk beds. The RV is fully stocked with dish ware, cooking ware, linens and bedding. We also provide outdoor chairs, BBQ and a propane fire pit to stay cozy at night.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter is responsible for dumping grey and black water or can choose to have the owner dump for $75
- Renter is responsible for returning the RV fueled to the gas level that they received the RV.
- Unfortunately, we do not allow the towing of vehicles with our RV.
- We welcome your pets. However a $150 additional cleaning fee will be applied if you leave a pet mess (i.e., urine, feces, and/or hair).
The black and grey tanks will come empty. Please return the tanks empty as well. If not, we will require a $75 dump fee.
