Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Festivals must be pre approved. Burning Man Festival is not allowed.
We require the RV interior to come back in the same condition as it went out. We will take care of the outside washing, unless it is excessive like caked on mud, road paint, or tar.
