Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO SMOKING!. If you violate the smoke policy, we will charge $500.00 as a penalty fee.
- The trailer need to be returned clean same as when was picked up/delivered. If not cleaned, $50.00 penalty fee. If the trailer its dirty with mud in the interior or exterior, extra $100.00 penalty.
- Renters need to dump and flush holding tanks to avoid penalty fee. If you dont know how to, please ask or research on internet. We can do it for you with previous approval for an additional fee.
- When delivery services are choose, its only delivery, NO SET UP/ INSTALL included. You should have the ability and experience to do this. We can do it for you (install and uninstall) for a fee.
- If in site adjustment will be needed this can be performed by the towing vehicle owner and with his own tools. This also is offered on site for a fee (subject to availability).
If the trailer its extra dirty (mud in exterior or interior, pet hair, etc) a cleaning penalty fee apply.
NO Smoking policy penalty fee $500.00.
Not notifying previously about pet, violation $150.00.
