Rental Rules

- NO SMOKING!. If you violate the smoke policy, we will charge $500.00 as a penalty fee.
- The trailer need to be returned clean same as when was picked up/delivered. If not cleaned, $100.00 penalty fee. If the trailer its dirty with mud/pet hair in the interior extra $100.00 penalty.
- Renters need to dump and flush holding tanks to avoid penalty fee. If you dont know how to, please ask or research on internet. We can do it for you with previous approval for an additional fee.
- When delivery services are choose, its only delivery, SET UP/ INSTALL NOT included. You should have the ability and experience to do this. We can do it for you (install and uninstall) for a fee.
- If in site adjustment will be needed this can be performed by the towing vehicle owner and with his own tools. This also is offered on site for a fee (subject to availability).

If the trailer its extra dirty (mud in exterior or interior, pet hair, etc) a cleaning penalty $150.00 penalty apply. This delays our plans for future renters and potentially could cause next rentals to be cancelled.

If I could give zero stars I would.. went to pickup the RV was told I needed a hitch or pay the fee.. get there and he almost cancels the trip after we drove all the way from NY to pick it up because the camper “sat low”.. meanwhile I have an F250 that sits higher then all non lifted trucks..
Hi Nicholas. I dont expect less from a person who used the trailer to have a horse inside. I should charge you thousands as a penalty. We needed to stop renting during sanitize with many products and using vacuum to remove hair from everywhere. I never charged you for the hitch.
What an amazing experience. Omar was very attentive helpful. camper was perfect for my family and I had an amazing vacation will definitely rent again.
This was a great 1st experience. So much so that now I & the wife want to purchase a PASSPORT SL Series.
