I can provide a stationary rental at my house. It will include electric, water, septic, and WiFi with smart tv's (Hulu, Netflix, Philo, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, etc.). It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.

- No smoking/vaping or incense inside rental OR under awning. Forfeiture of security deposit.
- Pets are an additional fee. Forfeiture of security deposit if a pet comes that is not pre-paid for.
- Use of one propane tank is permitted with each rental. If second tank is used, $10-$30 fee will be assessed.
- RV Toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet. Failure to follow this rule will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

We had an excellent experience renting from Kimberly and staying at Landers River Trips! The communication from Kimberly was friendly, prompt, and reliable throughout the entire process, which made planning so much easier. The RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, it helped make our stay at the camping site smooth and stress-free.
I had a great experience renting with Kim. Pick-up to drop-off was fantastic. I would definitely recommend their service.

Kimberly was a great host. Easy to communicate with, quickly responded and always available. The camper had everything you could need and then some. All amenities were new and comfortable.
Thank you for the review!! We actually gave you 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 or 3 hand towels for the week as the reservation was for 2 people. I wish we would have known you decided to have your grandchildren join you and we would have supplied more towels. Otter Lake is also a wonderful campground that has laundry facilities if needed (for future reference).
Will absolutely rent from Kim again. Drop off and set up was easy and communication was great. Small issue was addressed. Bed was super comfy and amenities were so appreciated! RV was very clean and well stocked.
