Will absolutely rent from Kim again. Drop off and set up was easy and communication was great. Small issue was addressed. Bed was super comfy and amenities were so appreciated! RV was very clean and well stocked.

Rules & Policies
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets are an additional fee - forfeiture of security deposit if pet comes that is not prepaid for.
- NO Smoking/vaping OR incense inside rental OR under awning. - Forfeiture of security deposit
- Use of 1 propane tank is permitted with each rental. If 2nd tank is used, $10-20 Fee will be assessed.
- RV toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet - Failure to follow this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
I can provide a stationary rental at my house. It will include electric, water, septic, and WiFi with smart tv's (Hulu, Netflix, Philo, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, etc.). It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.
