Buyer beware. The RV was wonderful. Commutation was great.
However, there were electrical issues and the battery light was on during the walk-through. I was assured that it would be fine. It wasn’t. I continued to send pictures and updates about electrical issues and dash lights turning on.
I'm sorry this was a frustrating week for both of us. I always aim to provide a 5-star experience, and as you noted, my communication was prompt and supportive throughout.
That said, your review is completely inaccurate.
The RV was delivered in full working order.
It was returned undrivable and had to be towed from the campground.
This was a great RV to rent. Extremely clean, great communication from the owners, and they delivered it to the exact location I needed. I would definitely rent from them again.
Renting the RV from Terri was great. The RV was super comfortable and was in excellent shape! Communication was very responsive. Also, having the RV delivered to the campsite made our trip even better. We're already looking forward to the next trip!
