Where do I even begin. Let's start with the last-minute change message from the owner asking me to change the pickup time from 11AM to random times throughout the day because apparently she made plans and didn't consider that our group was arranging routes/times & accommodations to get to the pickup location. She did not meet us, rather she sent two short walk-thru videos to show us the RV.
