Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only use to RV toilet paper provided.
- Must have previous RV experience. (CDL preferred but not required)
- Leave RV in the same condition you rented it. The professional cleaning fee is for sanitary purposes, not for cleaning up your mess. Excessive cleaning will be charged to the renter.
- The awning must be rolled up if it is windy and must be rolled up at night. Storms can come in while you are sleeping and damage the awning.
- Please take your time when putting the slides in and out. Make sure there is nothing around the RV when putting the slides out and make sure everything is clear inside before putting them in.
