The communication was on point. They only asked what they needed to know, not endless unnecessary questions. They had plenty of coffee and seasoning to cook with, which was greatly appreciated! Felt comfortable the moment we walked in, only downfall, no DVD player and no internet. Which was fine for the short duration we had the camper.... other than that. Completely enjoyable and clean.

I was a bit taken back to see there were issues with not having a DVD player or internet. Unfortunately, most campsites don't offer internet. I'm surprised to hear that your location didn't have it there.
We were totally satisfied with the Mallard RV we rented. It had everything that we needed and some additional amenities including a couple gravity chairs. We were met onsite when we arrived (traffic slowed us down a bit too) and were provided with instructions. This was great as we had not previously rented an RV. We look forward to our return visit to this RV and location in the future.

This was our first experience renting and staying in a camper. I can't tell you how nice it was to drive into the campground and find our unit all set up and ready to move in. The awning was out, as well as an outdoor rug, chairs and picnic tablecloth so that all we had to do was walk in and unpack.
The owner met us as soon as we got there and showed us how to work the TV and stereo system.
