This was a pick up and drop off rental. Kerry was onsite for both and very helpful to this first time RV’er. He walked me through set up process and had everything we needed to make camp and hook up to a full hookup site. He offered his assistance if I needed walked through or even a site visit if needed. Everything went smoothly as he had instructed me.
The RV is a good value and was clean and the person I worked with was great!

We had a great trip. The trailer was perfect for our family. Kerry set the trailer up and we were ready for our stay. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed layout. The restroom/shower was perfect for us. The heater/ac worked really well. I would recommend this trailer and doing business with Kerry. Thanks for everything!!! We had a great vacation!!!
One of the most important things for me is communication. Kerry was always available before and after the trip to answer questions - however trivial they may have been. I felt heard, understood and taken care of.
