Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Return with full tank of gas. Renter will be charged at $6 per gallon if not returned full or $200 total.
- If you dump the septic tank, add one scoop of the solution to tank after completion. Full black and grey tank dump required before return. Or a dump fee will be applied to final bill.
- Late fee - 25% of nightly rate one hour after return time. Rate increases in 25% increments every two hours after contract return time. 8 hours after contract return time is charged full night rate.
- Mileage begins at storage facility in Woodbridge, VA. Pickup is in Alexandria, VA unless conflict with schedule exists.

This was our first time renting and camping in an RV. Chris made the experience easy. He took his time explaining how to use all the features of the RV when I picked it up. He patiently answered any question I had. The RV was in excellent condition and well stocked for camping. With Chris’s excellent instructions, setting up at the campsite was a breeze.
