Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Return with full tank of gas. Renter will be charged at $6 per gallon if not returned full or $200 total.
- If you dump the septic tank, add one scoop of the solution to tank after completion. Full black and grey tank dump required before return. Or a dump fee will be applied to final bill.
- Late fee - 25% of nightly rate one hour after return time. Rate increases in 25% increments every two hours after contract return time. 8 hours after contract return time is charged full night rate.
- Mileage begins at storage facility in Woodbridge, VA. Pickup is in Alexandria, VA unless conflict with schedule exists.
