- You will close all side hatches, roof vents, windows in rain. You will retract awning in high winds. You will not walk on the roof of the camper.
- You will not move camper from it's location for any reason.
- You agree that if the camper is not returned as clean as you received it you will be charged a minimum of $200 from your security deposit.
- Spills, smells (including smoke), or breakages causing the loss of use as determined by owner that occur on your watch regardless of fault or intent will be charged a minimum of $500.
