Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No boondocks allowed. This means you must be plugged up to full service hook ups every night.
- I do allow festivals but this case by case and the rates change for those festivals. Bonnaroo is a big one that cost more.
