We expect our RV to be returned in the condition that it was in upon departure. Renter will be charged $400.00 at owners discretion if returned excessively dirty.
Gas tank must be full upon return otherwise there will be a $100.00 charge, plus cost of fuel.

I can't say enough about our experience with Joshua and his beautiful RV. We were first time RVers. He was super accommodating, friendly, informative and responsive just to start. We drove the RV 2 hours north to Flagstaff and camped in the KOA there for 7 nights. We had everything we needed except as he states, "groceries to fill the fridge".
Easy and flexible owner.Good communication and no hassle experience.
Josh was awesome to work with. The RV worked great and was very clean. It had everything you needed. My family and I had a great time and would definitely rent with Josh again.

Josh was amazing, answering all our questions super fast. Always reachable, caring and so knowledgeable. You can rent his RV without a doubt. It is great, spacious, amazing fridge and freezer sizes, nice beds. Towels, linen, everything you need is there. Extra blankets if you need. Even if there is a heater.
