The owner does not communicate at all. I had no idea if the unit would be where I needed it to be. When I got there, the water was hooked up but not turned on. Isn’t that part of setting it up? Also, no warning that the unit did not come with any sheets. Will not rent again from this person.
Not one to complain but I’m glad to do this so that someone doesn’t waste their hard earned money on a camper and an owner that could care less about his customers. First very poor communication. Driver who delivered the camper to us could barely speak English and was very rude.
Great RV ... loved the King bed, double recliners and general layout of the RV - relatively new and nice unit (if it all worked). Communication with owner was terrible. Was not able find out if it even had a coffee machine or what size sheets to bring for the bunks until the day before.
The camper was just as advertised and met all of our needs for staying on sight at an event we were attending. The delivery and pick up service was very convenient. Will definitely rent this camper again in the future.
Camper was in top condition and worked perfectly for our family. It was our first experience with a camper of that size and it fit 5 of us comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to rent a camper.
We thoroughly enjoyed renting this RV for our camping trip - Gene was easy to work with and very kind. He had the RV stocked with necessities and we hope to rent again in the future!
