Jim was fantastic to work with. Went through the entire set-up/break-down upon pick up, which made setting up in the dark so much easier! The trailer was as advertised. Clean. Had an issue with the top closing when ready to leave, and he was great to work with me to get everything resolved - excellent communication through it all. Highly recommend renting Wally from Jim!
